The hotel is right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, walking distance from all the quant shops and restaurants on Queen St The rooms were well-appointed, even had wine glasses, but were on the second floor, so be ready for stairs. The service was superb, with friendly and very helpful staff. The dining experience offered only a takeout option from the hotel bakery, which was good, but with limited choices. The location is amazing, close to many restaurants and prime for visits to the Shaw festival. However, dining options were costly with nowhere to sit. The facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel was like a cozy apartment within walking distance of the entire town, offering very comfortable king size beds and a clean, comfortable, and really nice atmosphere. The service was lovely and friendly, with exceptional assistance from Lisa, although there was a slight issue with requesting a delayed checkout. The hotel sits about three blocks from the main hotel and service desk. It was clean, quiet, and nicely set up. The rooms were clean and cozy, featuring luxurious and modern designed kitchen and bathrooms, an electric fireplace in the dining room, a very comfortable king bed in the bedroom, and an extensible huge couch in the dining room, equipped with everything needed for comfortable sleeping, just needing to be unfolded.
